Originally this was my secondary blog, my weightloss blog, a place for me to go and vent about everything that I couldn't say to anyone else. In a way, it was my dirty little secret. There were things that I would post that I never wanted anyone I personally knew to see. Now, all that has changed. Over the past year I've become such a different person. I'm not afraid to express myself. I'm not afraid to let people know what I'm doing. I'm not embarrassed to show people that I'm working towards goals. I'm living my life for me, moving forward in a positive way so that, at the end of the day, I can be happy with myself and proud of my decisions. This is my new life. A positive life geared towards making healthy choices, physically and mentally, and I won't let anyone or anything get in the way of my happiness.
